My complaint:
Red queen st shuttle bus was requested yo stop opposite queens arcade. Driver appeared to be too busy talking with girl. Did not stop. In customs st west bus paused. Thought it had stopped. Stood by back door exit to get off but bus lurched forward and I fell backwards. Ended up on floor with very bruised tail bone. Not happy driver not concentrating. We were a group all over 70 and drivers need to take more care. This was the red bus turning into customs st west at 8.15pm Saturday 1 may.
Suggested solution:
Drivers need to watch for stop requests and not lurch forward or stop suddenly. Some passengers are older and cannot cope with that.
