My complaint:
We live approximately 7 miles outside Nacogdoches, Tx. We have lived here for 40 years and never had acceptable internet service with ATT. We have talked to several techs over the years and have been told our poor service is bc ATT equipment is over 18 years old and hasn’t been updated over the years. We have relied on Direct TV for our tv viewing. Within the past year Direct TV has been dropping local channels so we are canceling direct TV as they also increase their service charges while dropping out channels. Now we are trying to stream for TV and poor or no internet service is a problem. So we are paying Att $139/month for poor(3.2 mbps) lnternet or no internet and ATT seems not to care.
Suggested solution:
Upgrade their 18 year old equipment
