My complaint:
I have experienced very unreliable internet service from my wireless modem. Upload speeds will drop to 0.02 MB at ti es and has even dropped lower at times to an undetectable level using the ATT speedtest.
Numerous calls to customer service as resulted in misinformation and promised phone calls unreturned. A BBB complaint ed so
contact from the Office of the President, but that representative has not had the issue resolved.
The customer service representatives have all been nice and professional, but have been ineffective and, in some cases, have exacerbated the problem.
Suggested solution:
I would like my internet connection to work as it used to and have promised calls returned.
