My complaint:
Last month I was charged $288.00 for my cable bill with Direct tv. I was told that I owed a previous balance, I am not forgetful, yet. I feel like I am being targeted for filing a complaint. I filed a complaint with the FCC, this month I was billed for $ 318.72. I am a disabled widow on limited income. I tried to call the person back about this bill, but was unable to reach her.
It is a fact that ATT has been charged in the past for overcharging. I really would appreciate any help you can give.
