My complaint:

I ordered service on the 4th of November. I recieved a installation date of the 7th from 9am to 11 am. The tech never arrived so I gave the company a call. They told me they over booked and had to reschedule my installation time. Which I had to pay a month in advance plus a deposit in total 319.95 and I didn’t even get service then my date was pushed back without even asking me was the date okay with me. And then to top things off The were not willing to work with me after I had told them I spoke to the technician who was willing to come out at 1pm which was fine . No one would reach out. I am a new customer who had already paid for service that I didnt recieve. This unacceptable and unprofessional at its high!!!

Suggested solution:

Service immediately and a free month for my problems!!!
