My complaint:
Asurion had replace the screen on my Mac book and without even asking me if I still wanted to do the repair before they did it upon them self replace my screen with a generic product. I paid over 1,000 for my Mac book now it looks so stupid and I would have never agree to replace it had they told me the apple logo would not be there any longer the apple is part of having a Mac book
Suggested solution:
Replace my Mac book to the same condition I dropped it off in beside the cracked screen. I was devastated.
