My complaint:
I filed this claim yesterday and was told I would receive a replacement today. Then it changed to a review and noone can tell me why. I called today and Brian the agent answering my call advised there was nothing he could do. I then asked for a supervisor as it is now Friday with the weekend on the horizon. Brian told me the supervisors would not take my call.
Suggested solution:
Let me know why I haven't received a phone.
