My complaint:

i lost my phone on 23 may 2019 and found it on 24 may 2019 but my friend found that so i started lost complaint to my insurance provider but before completing my document my friend told me he found the phone so i called them to cancel my request and i want to do damage complaint as my phone is damaged and display is gone but on tues 28th may they denied my service request by saying program abuse and they told me that they even can’t elaborate what it is. then i filled another service request in which i explained my damage on sunday the 26th may as i didn’t know that how and when it happened but again they denied my service request in the name of program abuse. now i left with broken phone which i even can’t use because the display is gone.

Suggested solution:

they should approve my service request and deduct the deductible amount which 299 and give me my replacement phone. my phone is iphoneX
