Asurion complaint: 23weeks and still no help

My complaint:

I have been using asurion on my device my husband’s device as well as my third children’s devices for over 8 years now and it has been very unprofessional as far as customer service communication contacting as well as handling the claim however I have been over cooperative with them and overly patient with them all the way till I’m at the verge of losing my job because without a phone without a job pertaining to the the career that I hold however I explained to several supervisors within is two too three week devastating suspension this was my circumstances and to whom it may concern they can care less they have led me on told me it was accepted and my device was on the way it would be received within 2 days the latest however if that was not the case at all it was disclosed that some of the paperwork wasn’t even processed much less opened and submitted to whom this is concerning I have no idea but it results in me and my family and is very very poor decision making on customer services all in all I am not pleased I will be removing all seven devices that I have with you guys including my business line and placing it elsewhere along with my recommendations however I do not recommend your service and I will no longer apprehend this kind of service I will not tolerate disrespect from neither my children nor the company way to go way to show appreciation ATt to a 12-year Plus customer

Suggested solution:

I would just like them to go ahead and proceed as any other claim would be whether approved or denied to whom it may concern I am approved based upon the guidelines and be a protocol and having my stolen device replaced with the one I do indeed pay for when I pay for my insurance covering my phone via insurance especially being the fact that this is one of the complimentary features of paying for coverage
