My complaint:

Lost my phone received the wrong device and paid the claim deductible once received wrong phone I returned it immediately and still have not received my refund, very aggrevated and disappointed I’ve always paid my bill and this is how you treat your loyal customers? Customer service representative s are very unprofessional also
