My complaint:

I ordered a delivery from asda for the 23rd December the order came with a lot of items missing and a lot of cheaper substitutions.i I contacted asda for a refund as I was still charged the full price. They told me they hadn’t received my original payment (which they have). My credit card has stopped them from trying to repetitively take the payment again. Nobody from asda will respond to me and on the phone I’m told they will look into it and ring me back, which they never do. I have emailed them a lot and contacted their complaints department and ceo but nobody is helping me

Suggested solution:

Refund me for the items I didn't receive and for the cheaper substitutions sent in my last order and to actually take my concerns seriously as its now been weeks with no response. As my credit card is telling me you have the payment and you need to sort this.
