My complaint:
I am genuinely disgusted in Asdas behaviour this evening I had gone in to asda to purchase a bottle of alcohol to put in with gifts I had past the pizza isle before the alcohol isle and picked up two pizzas for dinner so I had reached the alcohol isle and picked up two big bottles as we got closer my hands were full to the point my daughter had to grab a bottle falling from my hands before the checkout and put it on the counter I was refused service which I maybe could’ve understood if it was explained but I was treated so rudely with no manners at all they were even rude to my daughter
Suggested solution:
I would like an apology from asda for my daughter as she is very shaken up.
