My complaint:
There is a massive problem with the customer service management at the Asda Wallington Store as well as the extremely biased and poor handling of customer complaints to Asda head office when you make a complaint to Asda head office they only seem to take action when you make a complaint about Asda colleagues but when you make a complaint about an Asda manager they don’t want to act and they always protect the managers this is bias and needs to STOP!
Suggested solution:
Take the correct and appropriate action when Asda customers such as myself make complaints about Asda managers
