My complaint:
I needed to cancel my online order as I had to go in to hospital for a long awaited operation on the delivery date. I cancelled the order ,but realised my order was still valid. So I changed the delivery date and took everything off the order list ,leaving me with £0.00 to pay.
Knowing Asda,I tried calling the store but it is not possible to be put through to anyone. So I rang their 0800 number and explained the house would be empty ,on the time the delivery was still due.
I was totally resumed the order was cancelled and they would inform the driver. So why,has my neighbour just text me to say ,that Asda was outside my home? She told the driver the order had been cancelled but he was not happy!
Why should I get so stressed out just before my Operation?
