My complaint:
Asda Head Office does not deal with Asda Wallington complaints properly especially when the complaint is about managers if you are lucky enough to getting a response it will always be fake scripted generic response the relevant government department needs to urgently look into this!
Suggested solution:
They should respond way more faster to complaints and ACTUALLY deal with customer complaints and not pretend to help they should also respond to ALL asda complaints and not just some
