Good Afternoon,
I went to Asda Park Royal nw10 to get my shopping done as usual, today was tge first time I use the self scanning service, unfortunately it did not read my blue light. Are which is attached to my Asda reward app. I have the receipt. The purchase was made on 14/5/23 at 1237pm and was for £113.67 can this be added to my account please, this is extremely discouraging in a credit crunch the service you said you provided has not worked so I missed out on the 10 percent blue light discount as well as the £114 shopping I did any thing going into my cash pot I can provide tge recipet if necessary.

I would like the 10 percent discount added to my Asda rewards app and anything I would have earned from the cash pot in £114 shopping, also I spent nearly two hours trying to get through to Asda by phone but could not get through due to high call volumes
