My complaint:
I have been to my local Asda this morning and i am not happy at the checkout situation. I am waiting to get served and along comes another member of staff to hand over till rolls ti the checkout i was at and the next checkout. As she turns to walk away she knocked my phone from my hand and it landed in my empty trolley.She then replies oh what happened there and walks away. No word of apology, nothing. Meanwhile the other checkout operator is shouting Gabby to her several times to come and remove a security tag from a bottle of alcohol. She too got ignored. Attached till receipt as proof of visit

I sm unhappy with the sheer ignorance.
