My complaint:
I was contacted by asda to tell me a dressing gown I had purchased didn’t meet health and safety requirements as it was a fire risk and to return it for a refund, I explained I was housebound due to Gullian Barre syndrome and couldn’t since then I have had no response or offer of an alternative or a refund via cheque or bank transfer, I have tried to contact them several times but recieved no response.
Please advise me on what I should do next.
