My complaint:
ASAP doesn’t want to refund my money back I was told the airlines were not refunding the money due to COVID. I called the airlines and was told they are given 100% money back because of COVID. I emailed the agent who helped me now ASAP wants to charge $340 in order to proceed my refund. It absolutely insane. It’s not our fault COVID still around and we can’t fly because it’s not safe to travel with my family.
Suggested solution:
Refund the full amount of money without penalties. I could see if a customer is canceling their flight just because, then go ahead charge the fee.
BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE ...damn it!
