My complaint:

Had to cancel flight March 12, 2020 due to Manila airport closing March 15 at.0001. My flight arrives 0430 on the 15th and will be stuck in the city. Contacted ASAP Tickets advised of situation and needed to cancel my 3 tickets. I was advised they would request a refund after 2 days. After calling just about every week was advised would take 60 days. At 75 days now. Still no refund and being advised in processing.

Suggested solution:

Full refund... Phililppine Airline did announcement giving refunds. American Airlines advised the same. Appears ASAP only one delaying refund.
