My complaint:
One of the travel agent for asap ticket encouraged me to purchase travel care so i can be protected, but when i called asap to change my ticket it was a disaster, the sales person was so rude and distrustful she did not listen to my story but they asked me to pay another $486 in order to change the travel dates. Please need help to get my money back $2000.00 i spent for my ticket. This company does not need to serve people at all they scam people in their own magic . Hopefully someone will get InTouch with me because have all the message between myself and sales urgent
