My complaint:

We booked a flight with them and travelling in 2 weeks but my son got separated and no existing booking as of right now, I’ve been calling the agency almost everyday now for the last month, all they want me to do is wait.. I need help pleas

Suggested solution:

I need an identical flight for my son, I need this to be fixed now
