My complaint:

I already receive a flight cancellation notice from Korean air and ive been asking for a full refund since, just this Nov 12 they try to book me with a different date for Nov 19 which i refused, and demanded a full refund. So they are charging me a refund fee for refusing the alternate date they gave me initially at $300 then called again lower it to $220 then bec we are 8 traveling they said they will give a bigger discount to $180 per ticket. So suspicious on how they can just manipulate the refund fee, if they were able to lower it down the amount then they will be able to waive it, ive asked were the money will be going and they said they dont know. Have called Korean airline before and said they are refunding the full amount. I got tired wasting my time with ASAP ticket, have filed a dispute in my bank and complain to BBB
