My complaint:

I was scheduled to take a flight overseas last April 2020 for our personal reason. Beyond my control of the cancellation with my urgent flight due to Corona-virus or Pandemic environment, I cannot reschedule any date; therefore, I requested for my complete refund.

With such no fault on my end, I want my full refund with every cent of it.

My airline has been cancelled our flight by reason of CONVID-19 issues. As no fault of my own, I have contacted my agent and requested for a full refund. As a nature of pandemic issues beyond my control, I have requested agents for my full refund since there is no flight arrangement in the near future. When I had indicated my cancellation of my flight and requested for a complete refund, they acted in such a feigning behavior as though they wanted to keep part of the money for themselves. Final, with no fault on my ends, I want my full refund.
