My complaint:
I had a flight on the 16th of Jan from Calgary to Delhi reached on the 18th Jan 2024 my baggage was lost filled a complaint with the airport authorities and with ASAP tickets no help from them since filled complaint now has been more than a week on 24th Jan They asked me submit a complaint report from Airport authorities and later on they asked me to submit a new claim,
it’s now been more than 96 hours, and I have no clothes medicines and my other daily essentials, they are not cooperating and not responding to my emails and phone calls and keep asking me to wait and wait
Suggested solution:
I need my claim to be settled asap
