My complaint:
An ebay click and collect parcel sent to Argos Kilburn. It was not collected by the buyer and I refunded them. Argos was then supposed to return my parcel to me. I have been in contact with Argos Helpers about this matter and they have informed me that they spoke to Kilburn Argos who have a return parcel. It was supposed to be returned to me in January. I have been waiting for almost two months. They keep telling me it is being returned, but it doesn’t ever arrive. They refuse to give me the tracking information. I have attempted to send my complaint to several people at the Argos HQ and my complaints have been blocked.

I would like Argos to compensate me for the parcel which has not been returned to me. Or I would like them to send me the tracking information of what the parcel they have claimed to send me.
