Hi, my mum ordered a laptop deal for me which contains two items one HP laptop and Norton n360 security. She ordered on 5th May 2020 and booked home delivery to my home address for Sunday the 10th May 2020. I just received a laptop on the 10th May then I checked online on Argos website to find out about my other item and it appeared that they still processing my 2nd item. On 13th May I checked again and the online page still showed that they are still processing my 2nd item. I called my mum and explain her that I haven’t received my 2nd item. She then tried to call Argos customer service but no body picked the phone to resolve the issue then she went to online chatting after waiting for more than half an hour someone started chatting and refused to carry on because she mistakenly entered her address and post code not my address where the items booked for delivery. After a few seconds I received an email from Argos that my 2nd item has been cancelled not explaining the reason why its been cancelled, they still got the item in stock. In the deal its cost me £14.99 and if you just buy Norton security for your laptop or computer it will cost you £69.99. My mum has decided that if Argos would like to give a refund then we would happily give back the laptop however, if they do not then we will expect them to deliver our item to us.
THEY SHOULD DELIVER MY DEAL ITEM AND I DON'T NEED A REFUND
