My complaint:
We are moving house on Wednesday Ordered an expensive bed for my autistic daughter which was delivered 15th July went to build it today after over 2 hours of building realised several missing parts, called and earliest cand be delivered is 3rd august, my 10 years daughter now has to sleep on the floor for over a week, she is not going to mentaly cope with not having her new bed, moving house is really hard on her and this is making it 10 times worse
Suggested solution:
I want them to pay for someone to build the bed and compensating for the stress and inconvenience to my daughter
