My complaint:

I visited that gas station to buy some chips and my husband was trying to fill the gas. There was no board advising that they don’t take credit cards and they charge for debit cards. My husband went to the counter and customer rep advised him that the machine shouldn’t charge anything for debit card. When he asked the rep why it charged for debit card the customer representative started shouting at him
Advising we don’t take credit cards. Without this knowledge I went to the counter to pay for my chips when my husband was leaving the station. The customer rep started shouting at me advising how many times I should tell you. First of all she did not tell me at all regarding that info. I advised her that i did not know regarding that. She started shouting again advising do you wanna buy chips or not. I advised that have some patience when you are talking to your customers. She started shouting again with the Same lines. I said I do not want to buy chips from her. When I was leaving she mentioned don’t show your attitude to me where I was being really calm when talking to her. I would give -10 for the customer service. This incident happened on may 27 2020 before 10:10 am at 2838 J St, Sacramento, CA, USA. Customer service rep spoiled my entire day mood while we are going to a trip.Really bad experience with arco.

Suggested solution:

Train the employee how to behave with the customers and how to have patience while talking to them.
