My complaint:
I spent $40 for gas and asked to use the rest room. I was told there was no public rest room although there has been in the past. I had to go to a fast-food restaurant to find a toilet.
Suggested solution:
Stop lying about not having a rest room. Doesn't the law require that they provide public rest rooms?
