My complaint:
I have never gone this far to file a complaint over less than $15. dollars but I truly believe this arco station is really stealing from numerous consumers like they did me, which would add up to hundreds of dollars everyday. On 6112021 I went to purchase $20 of gas and a pack of cigarettes”Marlboro ultra light 100’s. I was charged $42.51. I returned the same day spoke with the same cashier who wrote on my receipt her name and what I purchased and asked me to come back the next day, because her manager needed to review and verify what happen. I did return the next day just to be told the same thing by the same cashier while laughing. Both times I was in there asking about my over charge there where other customers complaining as well which I thought was very interesting because this has happened before to another family member my mom at this same station with the exact same workers since the new owners took over the last few yrs. Five dollars here, ten dollars there… it all adds up. They are thieves and I hope you investigate them! They are counting on chump change to be disregarded, please don’t… some of us need every single dime. They should not be able to get away with this practice.
Suggested solution:
I would like my money returned as well as a proper investigation due to my reasons stated above. The browser keeps rejecting my pictures of receipt no matter how I try to upload it. I will keep this receipt in case Arco responds to this complaint and needs it for proof.
