My complaint:
I went to pump gas but my card wasn’t working said see cashier. As I walked to the door he came out very rudely and said its closed I said well you need to take 24 hour sign down. He then said let’s look at pump he swiped my card and Again it said see cashier and he said ohhh yeah can’t help you.
Suggested solution:
They should have allowed me to pump gas or nicely state that we are closed or post something stating notn24 hours. I ran out of gas and it messed up my prius. All because an employee maybe didn't want to work. Gas card would be nice and to fire that rude man whos losing business for you right now at the worst possible time. Iam really upset with this company if this is a reflection of the business
