My complaint:
I bought a elfbar e cigarette product that was broken November 25, 2022 and tried to return it with the Receipt that same day. they told me that the manager wasn’t there and to come back. they told me I would get my money back… I came back the next day and no Manger. they said he will be there Monday. lit I jus left feeling disrespected and lied to. he told me he couldn’t take it even with a receipt and that I couldn’t get money back for it cus they stopped selling the product. but seen the same products bein sold today as of 11282022. I assume if you’re not supposed to be selling the products then why do you still have them out on the shelf for purchase and he said the company still wants us to get rid of the Product. And they still give out receipts for the product they say you can get a refund but they didn’t give me one and they wouldn’t give me a contact number to call so I can make a complaint. When I asked him for the number to call they just pointed to the sign outside the door and I asked them where exactly on the door is it and the number that they try to give me they said it’s below all the other signs which were blocking the number so I didn’t leave with any type of contact information. I went online So that I could find out how to call… they basically stole 25.00 bucks from me for a product that doesn’t work and no signs saying that they will no longer sell that product and they are still selling it… that’s illegal… they are suppose to have signs for everything. and they lied to me about giving me my money back… he told me I waitiled too many days but it’s only been 3 and he wasn’t even in for 2 of them days to even help me… I’m pissed the vape product doesn’t charge… so I can’t smoke it once it’s dead… it was broken and they didn’t even want to switch me out for another 1.
Suggested solution:
give me money back or I'll going to get a lawyer and filing for false advertising, misleading information, taking my money and refusing to replace the item i purchased in store... withholding information by refusing to give me the number of a contact to handle this professionally. no signs to the public visible to show an end date of sales of e cigarette products to inform customers of final sale policies...
