My complaint:
There is a very rude lady Attendant at the Arcoampm gas station on El Segundo Blv and Prarie Ave. She has always been very rude and she talks bad about customers that she thinks doesn’t understand Spanish. On several occasions has she has a very rude attitude towards me as a customer. I feel very disrespected every time I enter the store in the early mornings. Please fix her attitude.
Suggested solution:
In my opinion the supervisor should talk with her about customer service and how her rudeness needs to change. Thank you.
