My complaint:
I stopped as usual to fill from my favorite gas station (Arco Gasoline) I tried to use the pump but it won’t operate or accept my credit card so I walked in to the shop and informed the man that the pump is not accepting the card can he do it manually and charge me full tank ($40) When he stood there looking at me in complete silence and I noticed he was repeating cursing words like F F and I asked him what’s wrong? He kept using cursing words until someone walked out from the back room and tried to push him aside and stop the man from engaging me! I told him I will never come to this gas station again and he replied: GOOD 👍🏻 👍🏻 I would like to file a complaint against this old man who represented very bad my favorite gas station for years now and compensate me accordingly for my bad experience.
Suggested solution:
They should retrain this guy about customer service and issue him a warning ⛔️ because this is representation to the company will lose them income. Also, he should pay me my money back and incur the loss out of pocket to learn in future to act his age and not to be rude to loyal customers.
