My complaint:

I went to this station at approximately 5:17pm today 52222. The pumps referred you to go to cashier. When I went to the cashier the doors were locked and several other people were waiting. There was a young woman walking to her car when asked about the locked door she said the guy named Jacob locked the doors because he had to walk his dog. We waited for over 8 minutes before he walks his dog back, unlock the doors then went to the back of the counter to secure his dog. Before he serviced the people IN LINE he complained that the AC was broken and said he was not working minimum wage in a hot building so he opened the doors then went back to the till and waited on me. He was constantly complaining. It took about 10 minutes from start to end to get the gas purchase. If you don’t have enough staff then maybe you shouldn’t open the station and keep people waiting. I go to this station every Sunday and thinking about changing stations. This is probably not a big deal to you, but if I do it and other people do it then maybe you might have a problem.

Suggested solution:

Hire more people with polite customer service and pay more.
