My complaint:
I made a complaint on Monday about arco station located at 475 mountain upland ca about them tampering with the pumps.
The next day something happened and all the pumps were closed . Last week they stole money from my wife by way of tampering with pump number 3 I made a police report . Some one must have went out their because I went back their to arco 475 mountain in upland ca and all the pumps their had a seal on each and every one except pump number 2 . Your office needs to go and investigate that station they are tampering with the pumps and robbing poor people of their hard earned money and if stop allowed this arco is part of the scam as well . I told the man working their the pump had been tampered with and he told me to get out and don’t come back and stop taking photos. I went down the street to 11 and mountain to the other arco station that is owened by the same people and the same thing all the pumps have had seals placed on them all not 1 pump I told the man working their that the pumps had been tampered with he went and looked at the pumps told be to get the fuck out
Suggested solution:
The state of California needs to go and inspect all the pumps at both stations
