My complaint:
I has just gassed up on Bristol and Hesperian Way and went in to retrieve my change. As I got to my motorcycle, I noticed I had been shorted $1. As I walked in the cashier was in the back room or office. She looked at me like oh, your back. I told her she shorted me a dollar. She sarcastically said ‘Well, I tried to call you back.’ I told her if she had counted correctly looking at the screen twice, she would’ve gotten it right the first time. She was too busy talking to a guy about social gatherings. I did have my motorcycle helmet on but I could still hear her scoffs. The lady was Hispanic. It happened around 1:10 pm pst.
Suggested solution:
There should be more courtesy towards customers without sarcasm and attitude. Attention to what they are doing rather than socializing. Corrective actions are needed to avoid future complaints.
