My complaint:
You have employees that are not wearing their masks properly they’re wearing them around their chins I can see their nostrils and the inside of their mouth. Every customer that comes in there is wearing a mask properly
it seems like you haven’t taken the time to school your employees on very important matters. I have already called The code compliance in cathedral City however the employees are still as risk and quite possibly putting the public at risk.
I will expect this matter to be rectified very quickly
Suggested solution:
Some ways this matter can be resolved is to have a meeting with your employees and identify whether or not they are concerned about their health, their loved ones, or coronavirus in general
I am mainly concerned about the general public.
I think we could all benefit by your employees being aware of the security measures that need to be followed
I will take a photograph tomorrow if they are still exercising this hazardous behavior.
I hope I will not have to do that because it will be very embarrassing for me but it will also mean that you did not receive this message in time and time is a factor in this case
