My complaint:

I had a negative experience at your gas station and I wanted to bring it to your attention. Every time I’ve tried to use your service, I’ve faced issues. Today, at 05:37, I noticed that the cash request option was not available and only the credit card option was offered. This made me feel like it was done intentionally so that the attendant didn’t have to do anything except observe.

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I’ve received at your gas station on multiple occasions. Specifically, I noticed that the cash payment option was not available at 05:37 and only the credit card option was offered. I’m concerned that this may have been done intentionally to avoid any additional work for the attendant. Please, take customer feedback seriously and someone will perhaps investigate this matter further.
