My complaint:
Good Evening,
Store number 42436 out here in Phoenix, Arizona has charged my account an exact amount of what was left on my credit card. On may 27th around 11:15pm I tried to make a gas purchase but Arco declined it. I ended up using another card and getting $15 worth of gas. This morning I still had $22.22 on my card. When I went to make a purchase the entire thing was gone based off Arco. Please return my funds back to my visa card ending in 4913. I did not purchase gas with this card and looks like Arco tried to take the money again this morning which doesn’t make sense with a gas purchase.
