My complaint:
clerk harassed me because she didnt listen to what I asked for. I told her 25.00 on pump 8. Pump didnt work. Clerk asks what pump. He tells her 25.00 on 8. She says oh I thought you said 7.00 on pump 7. He said no.. I told you 25.00 on 8. I go to put gas in there and the pump still didnt work. I go back inside and tell the clerk. She said you just tols me 7.00 on pump 3. She got mad because of her mistake and I called her out on it. The manager was outside the door.. he didnt come in.
She was yelling at me in the store pasing back and forth like she was gonna do something. I had my 4year old daughter in my hands during this whole ordeal.
She kicked me out of the store for her mistake. If she would have payed attention to what was going on..this would not have happened. But she was rude and causing a scene in the store.
Suggested solution:
Train your personel properly and how to deal with customer and pay attention to what they are doing.
