Complaint: Terrible customer service

My complaint:

I arrived around 6 am I asked to use the bathroom and the first cashier told me that it was not available (no name tag) I preceded to buy a couple of things when paying, a second employee came to attend me I asked her why they did not allow use of the bathroom, he told me it was undergoing renovations, which was false. This second he was wearing a uniform shirt that had been unpainted from more than 5 years ago (no name tag) and the store was dirty. I decided to cross the street with the competition, very friendly employees, neat uniforms, they allowed me to use the bathroom by the way very clean.

Suggested solution:

I understand that they do not allow the bathroom due to the Covid contingency but that they are not liars and train their employees to be more educated if they really care to keep their clientele
