My complaint:

I came through the drive through window to order lunch for me my son and a friend. I was rushed to make a decision and when I would say something she would continue to cut me off as if are you done yet. I couldn’t even request light ice in my drink because she told me to pull around without giving me my total and when I got to the window and said something she said I herd you. I’m not sure how when I didn’t even get a chance to finish my sentence. On top of that I get home and I was missing the cheese sauce I paid for and this isn’t the first time that has happened. I know it is something small but it happens repetitively it is annoying and a waste of my money.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Teach your employees to respect customers and give them time to order without cutting them off its rude. A voucher would also be appreciated for the money I continue to waste without the product I never get and having to complain when this shouldn't even be an issue.
