My complaint:
my wife and i waited almost 10 minutes for someone to help us at the counter. no one else was in there. finally a middle age white woman came from the back. we gave her our order, two fish sandwiches for $6, a cherry turnover, two soft drinks, and two roast beef sandwiches for $4 with a coupon. the bill came to over $21. i showed her an arby’ flyer which showed two fish sandwiches for $6, but she would not honor it, said it was for a different kind of fish, which they did not serve now. i also had a coupon for free onion rings, which she said they don’t serve anymore. we were going to go ahead and order, but she was very arrogant, would not honor the fish deal, (she made me go to my car to get the fish sandwiches for six dollars flyer, which i did, in the rain. so we cancelled our order, and left. her could not care less attitude about her customers really irritated us, i really enjoy your roast beef sandwiches, and i am going to miss them.
Suggested solution:
this woman should have resolved everything right then, but she did not have any interest in doing anything for the customer. you should know how to treat your customers. an apology would be a good start.
