My complaint:

My husband and I just left the drive-thru and ordered 2 reuben meals and paid for them. When we arrived home we had 2 fish sandwiches instead-very disappointing. Our server was Jeremy, our order number was 319782, our ticket number was 382 and the transaction occurred at 7:42 P.M. Friday 31822.

Suggested solution:

Train your staff to provide better and accurate service please. I don't want to pay $22.03 for 2 fish sandwiches. Thank you.
