Aramex complaint: Worse shipping company

My complaint:

Very bad experience I bought my items and agreed with supplier to ship within 2 to 3 days from Dubai to Qatar. Shipment reached Doha on time but Aramex driver decided to not come as per schedule and App showing and keep updating the status as customer not attempting. Once he reached my home he called me and I told him I will come in 10 minutes but he didn’t want to wait I tried to call him but no number only stupid answering machine available. Send complain to customer service as they don’t have call centre and they respond that they will reschedule and need 3 to 5 days yet the status not updated since then . Total waste and not professional staff and company very bad experience make me regret to order from online.

Suggested solution:

Just need my items either delivered or picked up anything
