My complaint:
I ordered a product from Asos UK in June and it should have arrived on the 6th of July. When tracking my parcel I noticed the last update was a problem occured,please contact Aramex for further details. I have since then texted them and tried to find out what can be done,since I already paid by card and haven’t received my product,but with no resolution from Aramex. They keep saying someone will get back to me.
Suggested solution:
Send my product or refund me.
