My complaint:
I have sent parcel from Bahrain to India it is still stuck in Banglore since 6th July no information and updation from Aramex. Cost would have been justified if I have sent somebody to India ,loss Aramex caused.
Today they called and informed they need recipient address proof ,still they are saying it will take 5days more
Suggested solution:
Tell the location of the parcel wherever in India will collect. Otherwise make necessary step to deliver in two days
