My complaint:
My Tracking No is MS0008517187
The package was ‘In Transit’ on the 22nd Nov and it’s been that way for some time.
I contacted Mark and told him we hadn’t received the package and he said the Depot would contact me…..I rang again 2 days later as I had not heard back only to be told he will contact the depot again.
I still haven’t received a call from anyone in Aramex… I just want to know where the package is.
If I don’t hear back from you people in the next couple of days, I will submit my complaint to the Communication Ombudsman on the lack (I should say none) of communication with you…
I think it is very poor customer service.
